Bowling is an offline score tracker for standard ten-pin bowling.
Before contacting support
- Restore Bowling Pro from More › Restore Purchase while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Protect or move records with More › Backup & Export › Export Complete JSON Backup. JSON backup and restore are free.
- Restore deleted games from More › Recently Deleted for up to 30 days.
- Confirm handicap base and percentage with your league organizer under More › Handicap.
- Because the app has no account or developer server, support cannot remotely recover records deleted without a JSON backup.
If the issue continues, email onebooksoftware@outlook.com with a description of the problem, your device model, system version, app version, and reproduction steps.
Do not send a JSON backup unless support specifically requests it; backups may contain player names and notes. Never include passwords, verification codes, or payment information.

- 記録の保護や移行には、その他 › バックアップと書き出し › 完全なJSONバックアップを書き出すを利用してください。JSONのバックアップと復元は無料です。
- 削除したゲームは、最大30日間、その他 › 最近削除した項目から復元できます。
- ハンデの基準点と割合は、その他 › ハンデで設定する前に主催者へ確認してください。
- 本アプリにはアカウントや開発者サーバーがないため、JSONバックアップを作成せずに削除した記録をサポート側で復元することはできません。
問題が解決しない場合は、問題の内容、端末の機種、OSとアプリのバージョン、再現手順を記載して、onebooksoftware@outlook.comまでメールでお問い合わせください。
JSONバックアップにはプレイヤー名やメモが含まれる場合があるため、依頼がない限り送信しないでください。パスワード、確認コード、支払い情報は記載しないでください。
